Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, University favorites and specialty items. Our goal is to provide you with the freshest selections of food items, beautifully displayed, served professionally by our highly trained staff as we strive to exceed the expectations of every single guest.
Most of your arrangements can be made by phone or email, but other larger events require an appointment with our catering team. Meeting with our team can be extremely beneficial to your special occasion, we can help make all the necessary decisions to determine which of our services best fits your needs. Our Colonial Catering division recognizes that students catering needs should be acknowledged. If your Student Organization has an event that needs to be catered we offer our Colonial Catering Guides with price breaks.
Please take notice: When planning a function please contact the catering office at least ten (10) days prior to your event. All cancellations, final changes including costumer count, and payment MUST take place at lest 48 hours prior to your functions.
