When do I sign up for a dining plan?
All new residential first-year & transfer students sign up for a meal plan during the housing application process. Returning resident students select their meal plans during the room selection process. Commuters may purchase a meal plan through the WCSU Cashier's office at anytime during the semester.
Can I change my meal plan?
Resident Students are assigned a meal plan based on the building you live in. For any questions or concerns about your meal plan, you may contact the Cashier's Office at 203-837-8381.
What should I do if I have food allergies or restrictions?
Anyone with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or any other concern should contact General Manager, Don Grayson at Donald.Grayson@Sodexo.com so our team can work with you to ensure your needs are met.
What is the difference between Flex Dollars and CONNect Cash?
Both Flex Dollars and CONNect Cash are linked to your WCSU ID card and are used like cash. Flex Dollars are specific to campus dining and come with meal plans. CONNect Cash is the WCSU campus currency that is accepted in all dining locations and can be used elsewhere on and around campus.
What are the meals swipes times?
If you have the Platinum or Ultimate meal there are multiple opportunities to use your meal plan. The times to use your meal swipes are listed below:
7:30AM - 11:00AM
11:00AM - 2:00PM
2:00PM - 4:00PM
4:00PM - 8:00PM (8:30PM WS)
8:30PM - 11:30PM WS Only
